 Downtown Maple Ridge BIA Ushers In a Bold New Chapter With Appointment of Executive Director Nicole Archer

MAPLE RIDGE, BC — The Downtown Maple Ridge Business Improvement Association (DMRBIA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Nicole Archer as its new Executive Director, ushering in a bold and action-driven new era for businesses within the downtown core.

With over 14 years as General Manager of Valleyfair Mall, Nicole Archer is no stranger to the heartbeat of small business. Known for her results-driven leadership and deep ties to the local business community, Nicole has spent her career championing independent retailers, amplifying neighbourhood vibrancy, and delivering tangible economic outcomes.

Her extensive volunteer work on the City of Maple Ridge's Tourism, Safety & Security, and Economic Development Committees further proves her commitment to building a downtown that thrives not just survives.

"I’m here to build momentum," says Archer. "Downtown Maple Ridge is full of possibility, and my goal is to turn potential into progress. I believe in bold ideas, real support, and rolling up our sleeves to get things done together."
