This forum focuses on real‑world career navigation for Women by Women — from finding your next role, rebuilding confidence during transition, and advocating for yourself, to developing leadership skills that matter in today’s evolving workplace. Panelists will share lived experience and practical insight on navigating barriers, building influence before you have a title, and preparing for a future shaped by inclusion, emotional intelligence, and AI.
