Some of Vancouver’s most powerful voices come together on The ACT Mainstage in a moving tribute to the life and work of Stephen Sondheim, composer, songwriter, and lyricist of some of the most iconic music in musical theatre.

Sondheim’s enormous legacy in musical theatre garnered him an Academy Award, eight Tony Awards, eight Grammy Awards, a Pulitzer Prize for Drama, an Olivier Award, a Kennedy Centre Honor, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom, among other prestigious recognitions.

Featuring music from Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, Sunday in the Park with George, and much more, this classy concert will resonate with tunes we all know or were meant to discover.  Join the magnificent voices of City Opera Vancouver in this Broadway Tribute to Sondheim’s enduring legacy.
