A Morning for Mamas

A Morning for Mamas

June 5, 2022 (10:00 AM - 11:15 AM) (PDT)

Description

A Morning for Mamas is a monthly, local, intimate, in-person event for moms who want to connect with other moms, learn about and discuss various motherhood-related topics, and develop themselves in the process. Come enjoy an uninterrupted hot cuppa and treats while learning something new, meeting new mom friends, and having meaningful discussions on topics that matter to you. Upcoming Topic: Managing Big Emotions in Motherhood Raising a tiny human is hard and it can sometimes push you to your limits. You may find yourself feeling angry, irritated, anxious, or overwhelmed, all of which can lead to you lashing out at your partner or child. At this Learning & Dialogue Series, we will dive into some of the difficult emotions that often come up in motherhood and learn ways to appropriately respond – rather than react – when they do. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other moms by sharing your own experiences in a safe, confidential and intimate small group setting. You will walk away feeling refreshed & recharged after taking a morning to yourself to “fill your cup,” connect and grow. You will also leave with practical tools to help you better manage your big emotions in motherhood.
