Revive and Shine Downtown 2026

REVIVE & SHINE DAY VOLUNTEER FORM.

On Wednesday, April 22, volunteers will take to the streets as the Downtown Revivers, rolling up their sleeves to help clean and spruce up downtown Maple Ridge community. 

In recognition of Earth Day, Revive & Shine Downtown is a chance to pitch in and take part keeping our planet and neighbourhoods clean. Small actions like picking up litter and refreshing shared spaces—help create a healthier, more welcoming downtown for everyone.

Volunteer Agreement

By submitting this form, I confirm my commitment to volunteer my time to assist with garbage collection for the Downtown Maple Ridge Business Improvement Association & City of Maple Ridge's Revive & Shine Day on April 22, 2026.

I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and in support of the community, and I agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols provided by the event organizers. I further agree to act responsibly and with care during my volunteer activities.

I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the organizers of this event from any loss, liability, damage or cost in connection with my participation whether due to my negligence or otherwise.
